"We've known Diana Goldberg and her daughter (Jill Jones), who is also her partner in the real estate business, for five years. We were homeowners trying to sell our house in Lynn, MA, when the market was at its highest peak. One day everything was going wrong: the car broke down, the home phone didn't work due to an area outage, and my husband, who was away on a business trip had taken my cell phone with him by accident. Jill had been trying to reach us, and when she couldn’t, she stopped by the house to make sure everything was OK. She really saved the day, like "an angel sent from Heaven"! I will never forget that day - if it wasn't for Jill's presence, I would have sunk in despair!

Diana played a great role in our decision to purchase our new home! Knowing our needs and preferences, she carefully chose and showed us the correct candidates, saving our time. Her experience and professionalism helped us tremendously when making our house purchase.

On the closing day Diana joined us in Boston, making sure that every detail was perfectly taken care of for the closing of our house. While we were signing papers in Boston, the moving people were moving our boxes and furniture into our new house with the supervision and actual help of Jill Jones who didn't leave until every box was carefully moved in to the house and we were back from Boston! We are so grateful for their constant professional support, their loving and caring presence, their friendship that we feel we acquired through all this! We were treated as friends, as family! We never felt that we were just customers to them, and that makes the difference in their service they provide!
